Setting Up IPTV Nordic Service on Formuler
Once the Formuler box is powered on, you’ll need to complete the basic setup steps, such as selecting your region, date format, etc. These options may vary depending on the device.
There are two ways to set up IPTV Nordic on Formuler:
- Classic Method for Formuler Setup.
- Using MyTVOnline 2, available after a recent update, which offers additional features for a better IPTV experience.
We’ve prepared guides for both methods to assist you in setting up your device.
First Method: Classic IPTV NORDIC Setup
After updating your box, click on the MyTVOnline icon in the menu.
You should see the following screen. To proceed, click on “Edit.” A new window will appear, where you need to enter the following information:
- Portal nickname: Choose a name you like.
- Portal URL: Enter the portal URL provided in the confirmation email from your IPTV Nordic provider.
- Connection required?: Select “NO.”
- User ID and User Password: Leave these fields blank.
Click OK to finalize the setup.
Second Method: MyTVOnline 2 for IPTV NORDIC
If you’ve recently updated your box, you should see the MyTVOnline 2 option in the menu.
If this option doesn’t appear, follow these steps to update your device:
- Go to the Software Update menu.
- Wait for the update to complete (this may take around 4 to 5 minutes).
- Select “Restart Now” to reboot the device.
Once the reboot is complete, you should now see MyTVOnline 2 in the menu.
Adding a Portal or M3U Playlist
After selecting MyTVOnline 2, a window will appear with two options:
- Add Portal – This option allows you to set up your device using the IPTV Nordic portal provided by your service provider.
- Add M3U Playlist – If you have received an M3U playlist, you can use it to configure your IPTV service.
If you choose Add Portal, enter the following details:
- Portal nickname: Choose a name for your portal.
- Portal URL: Enter the URL provided by your IPTV Nordic provider.
- Connection required?: Leave this option unchecked.
- Click Connect.
If you prefer to add an M3U playlist, select the corresponding option and enter the M3U playlist URL you’ve received.
You can also enter the VOD playlist URL or XML TV EPG playlist URL, but this is not required for our service.
Click Connect to complete the configuration of your IPTV Nordic service.
